Problems in Original File
- Invalid Dates: Dates like "11/31/2021" and numbers entered instead of dates.
- Messy Names: Last name first ("doe, jane"), missing titles, and extra quotes.
- Mixed Salary Formats: Inconsistent currency styles, text shortcuts ($115k), and hourly rates mixed with annual salaries.
- Inconsistent Statuses: Words like "1", "TRUE", "Yes", and "active" mixed together.
What We Fixed
- Clean IDs: Generated clean, sequential IDs for every employee.
- Standard Dates: Formatted all dates into a consistent YYYY-MM-DD structure.
- Clean Phone Numbers: Formatted all phone numbers with proper country and area codes.
- Helpful Notes: Added an audit column explaining every correction made.

Document Cleanup & Formatting (Before & After Sample)
Here is a sample showing how we take a messy, unformatted draft memo with typos, emojis, and broken tables, and convert it into a clean, professional company document.
1.0 EXECUTIVE OVERVIEW
To sustain operational momentum through the remainder of the fiscal year, executive leadership has instituted a unified performance and workplace management framework. This directive codifies our mid-year revenue benchmarks, establishes clear accountability metrics across cross-functional units, and updates workplace governance standards to support an efficient hybrid operating model.
2.0 FISCAL PERFORMANCE & KPI VARIANCE MATRIX
The following matrix reflects finalized mid-year financial pacing against Board-approved targets alongside departmental health indicators.

3.0 WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE & INFRASTRUCTURE STANDARDS
To maintain a professional, compliant, and sustainable shared workplace across our corporate hubs, all personnel must adhere to updated on-site guidelines:
- Hybrid Schedule Alignment: Teams assigned to hybrid workflows must log core office days via the centralized HR portal by the final Friday of each operating month.
- Shared Facility Stewardship: Culinary and breakroom amenities are maintained on scheduled sanitation cycles. High-odor meal preparations are restricted in primary kitchenettes to preserve air quality across open-plan workspaces.
- Network & Hardware Continuity: All shared peripheral hubs, dedicated AV units, and server-adjacent routing terminals must remain connected to uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
